Light weight with ceramic Fibre wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer casing is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. sheet, finished with attractive powder coating.

Elements are made of KANTHAL “A-1” wire in coil form placed in the ribs of the tiles to have a free radiating heating. Backed by Zirconia cerewool insulation, which avoids loss of energy, this arrangement also assures the most uniform distribution of heat.

The weight & size of furnace is of one quarter and 30% respectively as compare to Bricks Furnace. A viewing cap is also provided on the door.

Temperature of the furnace is controlled by microprocessor based Programmable controller (1x14 segment, dwell, hold, ramp, timer all with Also provide calibration report of controller by NRL lab if requirement by costumer, with soft touch keypad and dual display of process & set temperature. The overshoot & undershoot of temp. Variation is drastically reduced compared to normal ON / OFF type-controlled furnace.

Product Details:

Heat treatment furnace (programmable) make: city (iso 9001 – 2015 certified co. ). Application :- city instruments make heat treatment furnace are highly useful for metallurgical, engineering & other purpose having temperature range up to 1000 c. Construction:- the furnace casing will be of strong (ms steel) construction reinforced with steel duly electrically welded mounted on channels. The lining consists of high-grade insulation ceramic fibre blanket having density 128kg/m3 as a backup and front will be ceramic fibre with high density of 160kg/m3 and heating elements will be fixed on the same. The body of the furnace will be painted with high heat resistant aluminium paint. Bogie:- bogie will be fabricated with 5 mm the m. S plate with adequate rolled steel sections for stiffener. Bogie is insulated as mentioned above heat resistant casting plate are provided to minimize the heat loss. Door:- door will be fabricated with 5 mm the m. S plate with adequate rolled steel members for stiffener. The sides of the door will be made up of 14mm heavy plate in order to ensure long working life. Door is insulated with ceramic fibre as mentioned above. The door will be provided with adequate capacity motor with reduction double gear box and counter weight for sideward movement. Heating:- the heating elements are made up of kanthal a1 heating elements with low surface load in order to ensure long working life. These heating elements are having higher creep & elongation strengths at elevated temperature & also better oxidation properties. Technical data :- a.
