S high grade (no welding) with PTFE (liner with double cut cap maximum temp.260 degrees pressure design 100 bar standard safety rupture disc mounting bomb fixture and suitable spares with split clamps for sealing body and heat. including nickel and polished of all S.S parts.
The design is fully suitable for high pressure and temp. Resistance with double safety first one sealing by screw type cap and second one is locking bay carbon steel grade L TYPE anchor bolt on the four spots of caps with hardness MS key to insure leak proof operation. The Mild steel shuttering plate clamps with MS forged road clamps (hardness durable) to provide with this unit
